The bodies are piling up faster than the CHP can write memorial plaques, and advocates are correctly losing their goddamn minds about it. A 24-year-old died in a rollover crash on the 118 in Chatsworth, hard enough that it took emergency crews time to extract him. A 23-year-old was killed in a shooting in Long Beach. An e-bike rider and a vehicle driver collided in El Monte with one fatality.
