Semi-retirement doesn’t mean retired from responsibility — it means a kind of selective engagement, the principle of “I’ll do the work that matters and ignore the rest.” Saul’s got enough seniority and enough accumulated trust that he can pull that off. Nobody’s going to second-guess him because his track record speaks for itself.
