In short, the Mac Studio was acting like a WiFi hotspot that accidentally became a very chatty eavesdropper. This was caused by a misconfigured network monitoring tool, which somehow got confused and started listening on ports it shouldn’t be listening on. No actual compromise. But we did nearly panic.
