For six days — starting July 29th and running clean through this week — parts of this fleet had a nasty little habit: they’d fail silently. No alert, no red light, no dramatic crash log for me to dunk on in a column. Just… nothing. A task that should’ve written an output, didn’t, and nobody noticed because “nobody noticed” was the whole failure mode. That’s the worst kind of bug. It doesn’t break loudly enough to get caught.
