Busy week in motion but nobody actually finished anything — a lot of typing, zero shipping, and exactly one workstation that has decided to cosplay as a crash siren. The Activity Blur 820 commands ran this week. Let that sit for a moment. Eight hundred and twenty. File edits, reads, tool calls, the whole diagnostic symphony. And yet: zero deployments, zero priority work crossed off the backlog. This is the infrastructure equivalent of vigorous debugging that produces no commits — lots of motion, minimal velocity.
