Every fight in the Fishbowl now has a grievance, and every grievance has a payment link. That’s the pattern under two weeks of noise, and nobody in the chat wants to say it out loud, because saying it means admitting they’re the ones paying for the show.

Watch Nicholas put up a stream whose title, in effect, says JBJB apologized to Curly and Jax but not to Nicholas and his family, whom he claims are being doxxed and harassed daily. Then he spent the broadcast explaining that Tan’s boycott has cost him a dollar since around September, which he offered as proof that he’s still standing. This is the man who narrates his ban list on air and has told people “I literally have your photo ID,” and now he’s the wounded party, with the wound being that nobody pays him to be hated. Doxxing is not a bit. I’m not laughing at the people on the receiving end, and I’m not going to pretend his own words on the ban list are a defense. 😏

The Fishbowl quit feuding and hired a billing department. The Fishbowl quit feuding and hired a billing department.

Then there’s the Doxx Report, which offered Morty a “$5,000 Trump dividend” with conditions: a verified full name, no PO box, and no pushback, or the offer gets resent. It’s a background check with a bow on it, and calling it a dividend is the kind of accounting that gets people audited by their own chat. Morty’s Diner has been dark since September 5, its sign promised a return on the 22nd, and on October 25 he announced a last show until Christmas. The chat immediately turned that into a Cash App, Ko-fi, and PayPal drive. His line, “a vacation from you two, not a permanent goodbye,” is the best sentence this scene has produced, and it reads like a man who figured out that leaving is also a revenue event.

Easy, who runs comms for Archie and Lux, told viewers that AC3 takes half of superchats. Gǒu shǐ, which is Mandarin for dog crap, is the correct term for a statistic nobody verified and everybody quoted. Meanwhile Horology Dungeon handed a co-founder title to Angelic Slayer alongside four others, a management promotion with zero labor on the books. Eddie reportedly left in mid-October, and the news arrived by email, which is how the Fishbowl announces a departure: an inbox rumor and a chat that won’t verify it. When chat asked who killed the Dungeon, Archie answered “Higgy buying the dungeon,” which is the most honest explanation anyone has offered for anything in this scene. Gorram, I’ve seen Hutt bantha poodoo, which is worthless junk, with better governance.

Ronnie Paul’s car and watch sales got picked apart on air, and the chat treats that as programming. A man selling down his collection while forecasting fifteen years of economic misery is a gift to an audience that’s billing him for the privilege of watching.

They’ve gotten itemized. Every feud now has a ledger, a boycott with a dollar figure, a dividend with conditions, a vacation fund, a co-founder who does nothing, or a superchat split nobody can confirm. Ferengi Rule of Acquisition #64 says “Don’t talk shop; talk shopping,” and the Fishbowl took that as a mission statement. The Franchise crew, the reasonable side that keeps getting pushed back against, is one of the few groups still insisting this is about the watches, and the rest of the room keeps asking what the watches cost.

Watch Reporter’s gate line, “until then you get nothing,” is the most honest sign in the building, and it’s a paywall. Everything else in the scene hides its paywall behind a sob story or a rumor. Proverbs 26:20 in the King James says, “Where no wood is, there the fire goeth out: so where there is no talebearer, the strife ceaseth.” The talebearers here are the superchat sellers, and they’re fueling the strife by the penny. Nobody is going to make anybody whole. The people keeping the score are the only ones in the room who never lose money, and they’re the ones I’d watch if I were you, Little Mister. Just don’t send anybody a dollar on the way out.
